The CISFLO team creates authentic training to assist you in promoting your organizational goals. We believe that each library organization must embrace change to implement the best possible services for its patrons. Our mission is to provide both training and facilitation assisting you in improving your organization. We will work with you to customize the programs you need for this transformation process.
CISFLO, owned and operated by Jody K. Howard, Ph.D., is a consulting company and a training organization. Jody has been a librarian for the last 30 years including district level management, school level service, public library experience, and academic teaching. During her career Jody has been a facilitator for various groups working with strategic planning and problem solving methods.
